We have perfected a technique that softens the bitter taste and draws out the toffee notes, while delivering a silky-smooth and creamy honey.
 
 
Manuka honey is often mixed for about 12 hours before packing and dispatching.  Not here!  At 1839 Honey we coax out the natural flavors by letting the honey sit for months in hand marked barrels. Then it’s mixed, churned, and folded for three full days.
